Kids Yoga with Naomi at Parsons Green
Children can benefit enormously from yoga, it enhances their strength, flexibility, co-ordination and body awareness.
Naomi has been teaching Bikram Yoga for 10 years and kids yoga for 5. With an active young child herself, she knows only too well how to keep little ones entertained whilst doing something incredibly good for them.
Easter Holiday Classes
Parsons Green: Thursday 5th April at Hot Bikram Yoga
Time: 2.15pm – 2.45pm for 4-8 year olds
3pm – 3.30pm for 8-12 year olds
Parents will be asked to wait in the reception area during the class. Please bring a bottle of water for your child. Places are limited so booking is necessary. To book a place: purchase a class online by creating a separate account for your child and buy a kids yoga class, then book your child into the class that you want.
Pre-school 4-8 yrs Creative and fun, these classes stimulate imagination, maintain flexibility and develop conscious breathing. Classes combine yoga poses performed to music and will include visualisation. Classes also enhance motor co-ordination and play skills.
Ages 8–12 yrs Children are introduced to the floor sequence of the Bikram Yoga series. The room is warm to allow safe movement into the postures.
N.B If there is enough interest we would like to introduce classes on a regular basis at Fulham and Balham.
